The headquarters of Shanghai Chuangli Group Co., Ltd. is located at the central node of the Yangtze River Delta Integration Demonstration Zone - Shanghai Qingpu, adjacent to the Hongqiao International Development Hub. Founded in 2003, with a registered capital of 636.56 million yuan, it is an advanced coal machinery equipment supplier and servicer in China, specializing in research and development, production, and service of high-end comprehensive mining equipment, coal mine electrical equipment, and automation and intelligent engineering. The company was successfully listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on March 20th, 2015 (stock code: 603012).
Chuangli Group's products cover intelligent shearers, excavation equipment, emulsion pump stations, spray pump stations, belt conveyors, complete sets of technologies and equipment for intelligent mines based on 5G+AI technology, complete sets of technologies and equipment for intelligent washing of coal mines, etc. The group has more than 20 subsidiaries, distributed in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanxi, Shaanxi, and Guizhou, etc.
